Experience winter in the heart of the Rockies at Paradise Lodge in Lake Louise. Glide across the frozen surface of Lake Louise on skates or pick up hockey sticks in one of the world’s most scenic natural rinks, cleared and maintained throughout the season and framed by glacier-topped peaks. When the snow falls, explore the pristine shoreline or nearby winter trails by snowshoe or cross-country ski for that true ‘winter wilderness’ feeling. For downhill thrills, Lake Louise Ski Resort sits just moments away and offers world-class terrain with sweeping alpine views. If your timing is right, the Ice Magic Festival takes place from late January to early February and transforms the lakeshore into an open-air gallery of intricate ice sculptures.

You may cancel your reservation without charge up to 4:00 PM MST, 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 0-7 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid at the time of booking.

A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be charged within 72 hours of making the reservation.

On check-in a pre-authorisation equal to your total anticipated stay plus $100 per night for incidentals will be placed in a “holding-state” on your credit card. On checkout, if you use your credit card to pay for the room, the room amount will be processed and the deposit will be released. Credit card holds usually take 3-10 business days to clear. If after 10 business days the amount has not cleared, we advise you to contact your credit card company directly.
