Paradise Lodge and Bungalows

Visit Banff & Lake Louise Tourism website for information about Lake Louise and Banff

Cabins & Suites in Lake Louise Alberta, Canada

Located near the shores of world-famous Lake Louise in the Canadian Rocky Mountains of Banff National Park, Paradise Lodge & Bungalows is a family run cabins and hotel business steeped in mountain history. The hotel/lodge and adjacent cabins have been owned and operated by the Pedersen family for more than 50 years.

Today the facility boasts newly renovated, luxurious cabins as well as spacious hotel suites which are as well-appointed as they are cozy. In updating the lodge facilities to contemporary standards of comfort and convenience, the operators of Paradise Lodge have not compromised any of the charm of the original facility. Log construction and natural materials are in evidence everywhere to complement the look and feel of the spectacular peaks and forests that surround the lodge & cabins. Visitors continue to enjoy the warm ambience of the historic main lodge and the riot of colours evident in the flower gardens. The verdant grounds are a pleasure to walk through and, of course, the magnificent Canadian Rockies form a breathtaking backdrop to everything.

Paradise Lodge and Bungalows9.1RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE 2021

Loved it here

Loved it here

If we could give more stars, we would!
Lovely friendly check-in and helpful staff.
At first, I was worried as our room was facing the road - but we were absolutely delighted with the view. It was gorgeous.
A lovely fire in the room and kitchen facilities. It was so snug.
Spotlessly clean.
The bed was so comfortable - and off from the main room and kitchen.
Lovely bathroom
Can't recommend enough (but quite pricey)

Very good pandemic protocols, excellent location to Louise & Moraine Lakes

The pandemic derailed our other holiday plans so we stayed in Alberta and did a Rockies getaway. Paradise Lodge and Bungalows is located close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, two of the most popular places to visit. We booked a charming little Wilson cabin for an overnight stay, which gave us an early morning start to visit the two lakes.

The cabin was cute, cozy and rustic. They are older but certainly well-appointed with modern amenities. We booked here due to the comments made by another Tripadvisor review who was conscientious about cleanliness (bringing their own cleaning products in case they wanted a once-over) and we could attest to the high standard. The COVID-19 they practiced were top-notch throughout and considered an overall strength of the showing, including at check in and in the cabin which was spotless and clean.

5 Stars

The view from our cottage was beautiful. You could hear the stream running at the bottom of the valley. The service was so fast and good. Front desk was very helpful and the room was clean, bright and very cozy. They will also give you an extra heater if you feel cold but the fireplace in this cottage does great job at keeping the cottage warm. Housekeeping goes an extra mile with restocking supplies and cleanliness. I will be back here again.❤
