The health and safety of our guests and employees remains our number 1 priority, please read below for more details regarding our health promise.

Pre Arrival:

A welcome letter is emailed to all guests prior to arrival, with instructions on how to check in and what to expect while staying with us.

We encourage all guests to email/phone call our front desk with any questions prior to arrival to minimize contact.

Check In:

Hand sanitizer is available to guests at the lobby door. There is a designated entrance and separate exit in the lobby to maintain social distancing. Guests can expect mandatory pre-screening questionnaire for COVID-19 symptoms upon check in. Modifications to our front desk include a plexiglass partition, stickers on flooring to cue social distancing, and low or no touch payment where possible. Only credit and debit are accepted methods of payment at this time.

To properly sanitize our check in desk between guest arrivals, only 1 party will be checked in at a time. If a guest arrives early they may need to wait outside the lobby, until the front desk agent is available and the desk area has been sanitized.

In Room Cleaning Procedures:

All of our sanitization products have a registered Canadian drug number and are recommended disinfectants to destroy a broad range of bacteria and viruses including COVID-19. There is an enhanced focus on disinfecting touch points in guest rooms such as light switches, coffee makers and door handles, etc. Touch points such as alarm clocks, fans, amenities baskets and decorative bedding have been removed from guest rooms. However, items such as an alarm clocks and fans can be provided upon request and are sanitized after each use.  Guests are encouraged to email or call the office to request any items that they need during their stay.

Housekeeping Services:

Daily in room housekeeping services have been suspended during a guest’s stay.

Housekeeping will stop by guest rooms during a guest’s stay to offer garbage removal and amenities from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.  To ensure the safety of our guests and our employee’s, room attendants will not be entering guest rooms during a guest’s stay. Guests may also request fresh towels, amenities, and items such as fans, alarm clocks etc. during their stay. These items will be delivered contactless to ensure social distancing and guest safety. Guests are encouraged to email or call the office to request these items.


Public Spaces:

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection with emphasis on high touch points around the property.

The guest BBQ remains open and can be reserved via email/phone call to the front desk. It is disinfected after each use.

The guest coin laundry remains open, but is limited to one guest at a time.  It can be reserved via email/phone call to the front desk and is disinfected after each use. All machines accept 1 dollar coins and quarters.

Washing Machine (40 minute cycle): $3.00 CDN

Dryer (30 minute cycle): $1.50 CDN

Laundry Detergent and Bounce Dryer Sheets: $1.00 CDN

Employee and Guest Screening:

Employees are temperature checked upon arriving at work. Guests can also expect to be asked a pre-screening questionnaire for COVID-19 symptoms upon their arrival.

There is an extended and on-going focus on training and education for all employees.

Contactless Check Out: 

Contactless check out is encouraged for all guests. Guests are contacted via email upon check out and all receipts are emailed. Guests may drop the room keys in the key drop box or return to the front desk. All keys are disinfected between each guest stay.
